Returns & Refunds

At Global Tech Systems, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below for details on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

  • Return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used items (e.g., rugs, pillows, etc.) unless defective

  • Items damaged due to improper use or customer handling


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at mac@globaltechsystems.net with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt.

  • For large or fragile items, special return arrangements may be needed. Please contact us before shipping these items back.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., due to signs of use or damage), we will contact you with options.


5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit.
