Shipping Policy

At Global Tech Systems, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for every order. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. This will be noted in the product description.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and safe delivery.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Rates are shown at checkout before payment.

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only)

  • Flat-rate or variable pricing may apply for heavier items (e.g., furniture, large décor pieces)

If your item requires freight shipping, we will contact you after the order is placed to coordinate delivery.


4. Delivery Areas

Currently, we ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and P.O. boxes).
If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly at mac@globaltechsystems.net for a custom quote.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account (if applicable) to check your order status.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days, please contact us.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

Global Tech Systems is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received


7. Local Pickup (If Available)

Customers near our Lansdale, PA location may choose Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM (by appointment)

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
